No warranties or guarantees given or implied.  Credit cards on file will be charged when successful bidders are determined at the closing of the auction.  No refunds or exchanges.  If you have any questions please call our office 304.445.2897 prior to bidding.  Once the successful bidders are declared there will be no refunds and items will be charged to the bidder.  Successful bidder is then responsible for removal of the items by February 27th, 2010.  ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY FEBRUARY 27TH.  NO OTHER ARRANGEMENTS CAN BE MADE.  Building is rented and items must be removed.    Do Not Bid unless you can pick up the items on February 27th.
