The Gorge cradles the New River, one of the world’s oldest. It offers every level of whitewater sports, from jet boats to rafting, kayaking and SUP’s. The Gorge is known for its world class rock climbing, fishing, hiking, camping, mountain biking and ziplines. Wonderful small-town cafes and a soda fountain are within easy walking distance of the downtown hub.
